While TIC has been widely adopted in behavioral health, we feel that anyone who interacts with other humans – soldiers, teachers, bus drivers, clergy, administrators, literally anyone – can make the world a better place by employing an understanding of developmental and relational trauma in their work.

We offer trauma-informed care training built for exactly where you are. Individuals can start with the basics, go deep with a full practitioner training, or earn a professional certification. Organizations get two live-facilitated tracks: one for the frontline staff supporting your community, and one for keeping those staff resilient enough to keep doing it.

Depending on the path, our training is self-paced online or live and virtual.

We’re based in Asheville, NC and we’ve been in business since 2018.
